The speaker of the Chamber of Deputies of the Volkian Federative Republic, commonly known as the speaker of the Chamber, is the presiding officer of the Chamber of Deputies of the Volkian Federative Republic. The office was established in 1888 by the Constitution of Volkia. The speaker is the political and parliamentary leader of the Chamber of Deputies and is the Chamber's presiding officer, de facto leader of the Chamber's majority party, and the institution's administrative head.

The Constitution requires that the speaker be an incumbent member of the Chamber of Deputies. The speaker is second in the Volkian presidential line of succession, after the Vice President and before the president pro tempore of the Federal Council.

The current Chamber speaker is Social Democrat Stefania Nevzorova. She was elected to her first term as speaker on August 1, 2020, the first day of the 67th National Assembly.
