The South East Gondwanan Railway Association (SEGRA) is an international organization promoting free travel, infrastructure, and transportation through the use of international and internal high speed rail lines among and between its member states. SEGRA was formed in X, during a conference between the nations of Southeast Gondwana, and the project is spearheaded by East Cerdani.
