Rubie Ashlia Dillarin (née Gardener; born 8 August 1978) is a Valerian politician who has represented the Perringdon and Arden, Kirdintayos constituency since the 2017 general election. Self-identifying as a radical centrist, Dillarin was the runner up in the 2020 Democratic Party leadership election.

Rubie Dillarin was born on 8 August 1978 in Rivermead, Kirdintayos, a Valerian speaker born to Valerian parents. She was raised in Valeria, briefly living in Albriels before moving to Tirillon, Kirdintayos. Her father died in 1987, and Rubie was raised by her mother and her carpenter brother. Her aunt Lizabelle Dillarin helped Rubie as a young adult embark on a career as a lawyer after leaving college.

Rubie Dillarin became active in local politics in the wake of the Morstaybishlian Secession War in 2004, and gained a reputation as an orator for more power in local authorities and Morstaybishlian devolution. Dillarin began her career as a ward councillor for Seyton South Ward in the Perringdon and Arden constituency of Kirdintayos for the Liberal Party. In 2011 she was elected to serve on the Kirdintayos City Council, and in 2013 she switched to the Democratic Party.
