Princess Yadika a-Nakhim Bedon (née a-Namdun Bedon), Duchess of Seerahel, is a politician and member of the Bedonite dynasty from Packilvania. She has been serving as the Minister of the Crown for Natural Resources (a member of the Council of Ministers of Packilvania) and as a member of the Council of State since 30 December 2022. She previously served as the Minister of the Crown in the Office of the Prime Minister for Women's Affairs from 1 February 2016. She has been the Patron of the University of Bingol since 30 May 2016. She is the younger sister of Sultan of Packilvania, Thumim V, older sister of Prince Abuyin, second child and first and only daughter of Sultan Namdun III and Sultana Mebri.

She was born on 9 April 1984, making her younger than Thumim V by 5 years. She was born in Jumhad Maternal Hospital in Lehasa, Shakar 4 years after the Second Packilvanian Civil War. In 1990,when she was 6 years old and began attending elementary level education under the tutelage of private instructors. Following her excellent passing grade in the 2002 University Extrance and School Leaving Exams, she attended the University of Bingol where she attained a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry and Public Administration in 2004. She continued studying at the Sultana Zulayka Women's University where she attained a Master's degree in Chemistry in 2006.

Following a brief stint at the Packilvanian Coal and Gas Corporation, she continued with a Doctoral degree in Chemical Sciences at the Bingol Capital University which she was awarded in 2010. She assumed a position as a Lecturer at the University of Bingol and achieved her professorship in 2011. She was appointed the Dean of the Faculty of Science in 2013. She left academia in 2015 and served on the Board of Directors of the Packilvanian Coal and Gas Corporation and as the Special Advisor to the Minister of Mining and Energy.

She joined the Council of Ministers as the first female member in 2016. For her contribution to the University and her academic, political and business career, she was appointed in 2016 as the Patron of the University of Bingol. Her tenure focused on empowering women in science, technology, engineering and mathematics through legislative reforms in career advancement and education, with her program being instrumental in increasing the number of women serving on boards and as CEOs and directors in STEM companies by 1240%.

Following the abdication of her father Sultan Namdun III on 24 December 2022 and the ascension of her brother Sultana Thumim V, she was appointed as the first discretionary female member of the Council of State and as the first minister of the newly created Imperial Department of Natural Resources. She is currently married to Prince Nakhim a-Imahed Bedon, the Duke of Seerahel. They have three children together: Prince Temadek (18), Princess Ishmayla (12) and Prince Xubeed (9).
