The Phoenixia Akuan Party commonly known as PAP, is a political party in Phoenixia, based on Akuan Democracy. Led by Ron Flesberg, the party currently holds 10 seats in the Landsraad and provides external support to the Government Coalition.

The party was founded in 2018 by Afragolan Akuan activist Matilda Ronnäsburg, with a mission to improve the conditions of minorities in Afragola. As a strongly progressive and pro-LGBT party, PAP is also committed to promoting multi-species rights. In 2020, Ron Flesberg was elected as the leader of the party, succeeding Ronnäsburg who had resigned. The party contested the last election and won 10 seats in the parliament. While it is not currently a part of the governing coalition, TBD, the party provides external support to the coalition.

The PAP's core principles are grounded in Akuan Democracy, which emphasizes the importance of pacifism, minority representation, Akuan landownership, anti-inheritance, a welfare state, and religious Akuanist values. The party supports the decentralization of power and decision-making to create a more participatory and democratic society.

The PAP advocates for increased access to healthcare, education, and housing, and supports the development of sustainable and environmentally friendly industries. The party also believes in the importance of social justice and equality, and aims to reduce income and wealth disparities.
