Osfjord is the capital city of Stor Osfjord and Norgsveldet. It is one of the most major financial, political and cultural centers on Urth with it being center for NCEF finance with the North Concordian Bank having its headquarters there. It is one of the largest cities in Concord and is considered as a major global city. It is home for many high ranked banking and academic institutions with many people moving there for the opportunities that would bring.

It is a very multicultural and multispecies city with a large immigrant community having been formed. Mainly immigrants coming from the NCEF, Norgsveltian Crown Realm or Borea. This has led it to having the largest Akuan District in the world and making it distinct from other Norgsveltian cities with one third of the Osfjord population being Akuanist. Most being first or second generation immigrants from Hvaloaszna, Nystatiszna, Lapliszna and the Federation.

Osfjord also exerted a large impact in international diplomacy, commerce, entertainment, research and media. It has become the largest tourism destination on Concord and one largest on Urth as a result of the popularity of the cultural sites that become big places of attraction such as the Norgsveltian Royal Palace, the Raven Temple, the Grand Assembly, Haakon’s Bridge, Museum of Akuan Remembrance and the Akuan Memorial.
