Lotus Development Bank (LDB) is a crown commercial bank headquarter in Bjørndomene, Vakrestrender. LDB is the 3th-largest bank in Vakrestrender and the largest native owned bank in Vakrestrender. It is a subsidiary of the Bjørn Trust, one of the largest family trusts in the Urth. The Lotus Development Bank frequently works with its parent company, Bjørn Trust to loan and invest money into various entertainment industry in all its forms including music streaming services such as Brælisång, video game companies such as Type-Sun and numinous entertainment and media companies. History

1918-1940

The Lotus Development Bank was a effort made by the Bjørn Family and several Rikevaarland banks to create a formal development bank to loan out and invest in the Valkyr tourism sectors, especially in the gambling sector. It was founded by Jarl Asbjørn Bjørn and his son Kristoffer Bjørn alongside Rikevaari banking companies after the Great War to turn Vakrestrender into a major tourist center. In 1937, the LDB heavy focus on the development of the entertainment and tourism sector lead to large amount of growth, resulting in the Bjørn Trust buying out the Rikevaari bankers.
