Leonardo Luís Menezes (June 1, 1878 - December 12, 1952) was an Esteiran politician and revolutionary who served as the first president of Esteira from 1921 to 1931. Menezes led the conservatives during the Esteiran Civil War under the Esteiran People's Party and was instrumental in the peace agreement that led to the Treaty of the Republic, establishing democracy in Esteira.
