The Labour Party, native: Arbeiderpartiet is a social democratic and Social Royalist political party in Norgsveldet, and is led by Wilhelm Kirkeland. It has stayed the main left wing political party in Norgsveldet since the 1940s after it abandoned ideas of Einarism and Marxism, replacing it with social democratic ones. With it later gaining massive popularity under Magrete Kverheim who succeded in creating a left wing branch of Royalistic Populism later to be known as Social Royalism which since then become one of the main ideologies within the party.

It is current ruling party with Wilhelm Kirkeland as prime minister. The party actively encourage a strong welfare state, increased social spending, higher taxes and more veteran benefits. Though not a offical stance of the party a significant faction of the party also actively encourage increase in military spending, often called as neo-progressives. The party often looking towards the Vestravan and Federation's economic and political models as inspiration. During the leadership of Kirkeland the party turned towards a more progressive direction, with the party taking a firm stance of support towards the pro-choice movement in Norgsveldet.
