Petit Comité - also known as the Small Magisterium Cafeterium was founded as a think-tank for regional laws. Later on, it developed into the half-secret resistance against Delegate Fedele and the Family of Rahls. SMC can be referred to as both a political organization and a resistance movement.
Firstly, Small Magisterium Cafeterium has been created by Libertanny and Zukchiva as a think-tank to consider Consecutive Delegate Terms Act. As time went by, several new members have been added, having reached six members in total, right before the coup. Although this body was intended to focus on legislative affairs and betterment of the region through Magisterium, it has then become the official Resistance, as its members started noticing suspicious actions of Delegate Fedele and Chief Minister Davelands.
One of the notable proposals of Petit Comité was "Condemnation of Delegate Fedele" handed to the Magisterium's hands on 7th of October 2019. One of the resolutions required Fedele to officially apologize and resign from Delegate office. In the meantime of that event, a candidate for Delegate Libertanny was being investigated by one of Fedele's cooperators - Badger.
During the coup, some of Small Magisterium Cafeterium's members were part of TEP Anti-Coup Command, which coordinated affairs of The East Pacific and several other regions to stop the coup. Soon after the coup, SMC became inactive, as The East Pacific became stable and safe.
On 11th of June 2020, Petit Comité has been revived. A new member - A mean old man, has been added. Revival of this body was caused by two events - the nation of Bormiar trying to vote fraud and high officials of The West Pacific (former Rahls) Halo and Badger voting in elections, along with Badger joining Discord Server of The East Pacific to spread falsified information, which was considered an intentional move to cause a public nuisance. These events directly caused the proposal of Prohibition within Citizenship Act.
