Chartered & Merchantile is a group of financial services providers that has its global headquarters in and originates from the city of Matthews in the United Confederation of Concordian States at the head of which is the Chartered & Merchantile Holding Inc based in Tarov, Tivot. It is described by the Centre for International Finance as a systemically important financial institution.

The Chartered Bank of South Hills was established in 1921 by Whitney Paisley and Didier Hillary. It acquired Brinkstone Investing in 1924. Cameron Hunter and Nikolai Bruce founded the Merchantile Bank of South Hills in 1934. In 1948, the two banks agreed to merger whereby the Chartered & Merchantile Holding Inc was established, two which shareholders of both banks sold all their shares and were compensated with shares in the holding company. Their operations fused and were both delisted from the Concordian Stock Exchange and relisted as one company. The holding company moved from South Hills to Tivot in 1994 to take advantage of its BEPS framework.

The bank holds assets under management of approximately 1.5 trillion SHD and assets under custody of 18.4 trillion SHD. In 2023, it made a profit of 89 billion SHD. It maintains commercial and investment banking operations globally.
